Telemedicine Options at Lakewood
Through our communication platform Otto, we can offer the following options to communicate with our team:
- Video Chat Doctor Exam Visits from the comfort of your home
- Curbside Appointments followed by a conversation with the doctor
- Texting including photos and videos so that we can see what you are seeing
- Phone consultations about your pet
For any Video Chat Doctor exam, the exam fee would be the same as an in-person exam, and any immediate follow-up in-person appointments with a technician (within a week) would not include another examination fee.
